‘I gave my in-laws power of attorney to pick up the package because I am abroad. When the package was picked up, it was open. The diploma that looks like that has been in the package, it was gone. So there was not much to pick up. “
However, Viktor Axelsen hopes that a solution will be found to the problem.
‘I very much hope I can find it or get a new one. It’s not something you have a lot of. It is of course super annoying, but of course the medal is still clearly the most important thing. “

The company UPS, which delivers packages, has the immediate response to Viktor Axelsen’s notice.
“We apologize for the bad experience you have had with our service,” they write.
And Viktor Axelsen has noticed that answer.
