In the -60 kg category, Loan Celikbilek first lost by waza-ari against the Egyptian Youssry Samy. He then successively dominated in repechage the Hungarian Marton Andrasi and the Polish Pawel Tylek (ippon both times), before losing quickly and by ippon in the fight for bronze against the Ukrainian Bekirbek Morgoyev. “It was a great performance and it starts the year well,” rejoices the fighter from JC Delémont and Brugg.
