This year, the medieval festival will take place on Sunday May 29, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with an Occitan ball from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
During the day, many activities will be on the program, in particular the camp of the brave knights of the Addoli Tiedig association, installed as usual on the place of the foyer. Armored fighters will lead demonstrations and initiations in weapon handling and archery, for young and old alike. The troupe will also present different trades between blacksmithing, herbalism and various specialties to discover. For their part, local craftsmen will be grouped together in a market (jewellery, plants, etc.) and many activities will be offered: storytelling, donkey rides, visits to the ruins of the castle and the treasures of the small museum, treasure hunts, games in wood… The children will be able to have their make-up applied, a clairvoyant will predict the future and acrobats will stroll around. Note that the tavern will serve food and beverages throughout this festive and picturesque day organized by the Medium Aevum section of the Montsérétois association. Do not miss it. FREE ENTRANCE.
