Two first places and a third place. Intense program for June
Two golds and a bronze for the Terralba Judo athletes who last Sunday participated in Arborea in the first phase of the Grand Prix dedicated to Beginners A and B.
In the -46 kg category first place for Gianluca Spanu, while in the +81 kg category the victory went to Alessio Loi.
On the other hand, Vincenzo Ciardi got on the third step of the podium in the -66 kg category. Fourth place finally for Alessio Murru (+81 kg) and Gabriele Tocco (-55 kg).
“I am really very proud of my boys who every time show a little more maturity in facing competitions and do not give up at the first difficulty,” said coach Giovanni Spanu. “They always manage to keep calm and come out with their heads held high.”
“June will be an even more busy month for us,” Spanu continued. “We will have the belt change in our gym, also on Sunday 5th in the morning we will see the little ones in the race and in the afternoon there will be the second phase of the Grand Prix dedicated to the Cadet, Junior and Senior classes, in Oristano”.
“On June 18”, concluded the technician, “instead, an exhibition of all our boys will take place at the Horse Country in Arborea, and on the 19, also in Arborea, the second phase of the Grand Prix dedicated to rookies will take place” .
The Judo Terralba company is chaired by Marisol Marcias.
