The Federal Women’s Basketball League starts today with four zonal clubs

For the growth of women’s basketball, it is essential that the competition continues to increase in quantity and quality. In that context, The Women’s Federal League plays an important role and three teams from Neuquén plus one from Río Negro will be starting the competition today.

Pacífico and Biguá, in the capital of Neuquén, plus Centennial and Municipal School of Cipollettiwill give free rein to their dream starting tonight, when the activity of the Southern Division of the Federal, which is also part of Gymnastics and Sports Federation YPF of Comodoro Rivadavia and Ferro of Puerto Madryn.

The regional teams have a base with many local players and at the same time others who returned from other parts of the country. In Centenario there are names already known in the discipline such as Rocio Berra, Sofia Vega, Valentina Riccobon, while Pacífico added Guadalupe Soto, Jacqueline Soto and Nadia Freight. For its part, Biguá has the return of Ailín Astorgawhich is added to Chabela Garcia and Martina Torres as surnames to take into account.

For the Rio Negro team, it is the first experience in competitions of this caliber and they have had a lot of filming with several successes in both the Alto Valle and Integration tournaments that support their presence.

Today Ferro de Madryn will be free and the three games in question will start at 9:00 p.m.: Centennial-Pacific, Biguá-Cipolletti and Gimnasia-YPF.
