Trained at Paris Saint-Germain, Jonathan Ikoné (24 years old, 15 appearances and 1 goal in Serie A this season) is one of those many titis forced to leave the capital to evolve. But the attacking midfielder of Fiorentina does not blame his training club and understands the decisions of the leaders.

“I think we shouldn’t forget that there are very good players at PSG, defended the former Lille resident contacted by Eurosport. When you leave the training center at 17-18, it’s difficult to come and win. It’s a very big club. I’m happy that the players coming out of the center are exploding everywhere. They have proven that they have the level to play elsewhere.”

“I think it’s difficult to have playing time in Paris when you see the squad, and some players are difficult to get out of because you know they can always do something,” continued the French international. A young player is necessarily very hungry to want to quickly show all his talent, that’s why he leaves.”

New example with midfielder Edouard Michut who is demanding a permanent transfer (see here).
