NBA playoffs, Milwaukee beats Boston – Basketball again

Driven by Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 40 points, Milwaukee won on the Boston court (110-107), and now sees the Eastern Conference final, while Memphis has scrambled Golden State (134-95), to stay alive in the West.
The Bucks lead 3-2 in the NBA playoff series.
To win on the wire they relied on Antetokounmpo.
In the 2 / 4th quarter, 15 of the team’s 19 points were scored by Giannis. The “Greek Freak”, who also gained 11 rebounds, was not alone. Bobby Portis (14 points, 15 rebounds) and Jrue Holiday (24 points, 8 assists) supported him well.
Golden State played a bad game, perhaps also due to coach Steve Kerr under Covid protocol. Clumsy offense – Stephen Curry (14 points) and Klay Thompson (19) shot little but fairly correctly – and poor combativeness causes a “terrible, embarrassing” knockout, as Thompson called it. The contrast to the opponents could not have been sharper. The Grizzlies, able to limit the “addiction to Morant” during the regular season (20 wins in 25 games), showed collective strength with seven players of at least ten points, with Jaren Jackson Jr, Desmond Bane and Tyus Jones at the height. 21. They have proven that they will sell their very expensive skin. Golden State will do well to remember it tomorrow, when it starts again at 3-2. (HANDLE).
