At just 18, the now former Memphis center is among the youngest athletes to shake the hand of the NBA Commissioner on the night of the draft.
Duren has averaged 12.3 points (60% FG, 62% FT), 8.1 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 25 minutes per game in his only year with the Tigers.
Physical and athletic potential of the highest level, the Tigers managed to emerge despite a less than ideal context (little playmaking and a poor battery of shooters), anchoring the defense with its innate ability to protect the iron.
Duren is currently at No. 7 in the Top 100 of Espn, not to be excluded a rise in the Top 5 after the various workouts.
