The Venezuelan Jesús Aguilar, of the Miami Marlinshit his sixth home run of the current Major League Baseball (MLB) season this Friday night.
In the top of the sixth inning, on a full count (3-2), Aguilar hooked a high fastball from Atlanta Braves starter Ian Anderson to send the ball deep into left field.
According to Baseball Savant, the Venezuelan’s connection posted an exit speed of 101.4 miles per hour and traveled 391 feet at Truist Park.

With that hit from four corners, which placed Miami partially ahead, Jesús Aguilar reached 99 home runs for life in the MLB.
On this day, the native of Maracay, Aragua state, went 4-1, with two RBIs, as a result of his home run, to reach 20 RBIs in 2022.

In addition to Aguilar, William Contreras and Ronald Acuña Jr. were also protagonists in this match.
