Hannover 96: separation from Christoph Dabrowski, assistant coach Garip Capin also leaves – 2nd Bundesliga

He delivered! Despite a turbulent week, Christoph Dabrowski (43) led the Reds to 2-0 against Karlsruhe and to the rescue.

Task completed! Mission accomplished on the third to last matchday.

“A redeeming and liberating feeling,” says loyal Dabro happily: “Of course we are overjoyed.”

Despite the rescue, his expiring contract will not be extended. Dabro has to go after twelve years at 96.

Frustration and disappointment run deep – especially when dealing with him. On the racecourse, Dabro and head of sports, Marcus Mann, avoided each other as much as possible. The coach sat with his coaching team, for whom the future is also unclear.

Assistant coach Garip Capin will definitely leave the Reds and accompany Dabro to his new club – there should be some interested parties.

Because Dabro got 25 points in his 17 games so far. With that 1.47 average, 96 would have scored 50 points all season and never been in trouble…
