Tonight the Giro d’Italia 2022 will be officially opened in Hungary with the team presentation. Quick Step-Alpha Vinyl is of course also present, with sprint bomb Mark Cavendish as spokesperson.
Cavendish already has 15 stages in the Giro to his name: “It has been 9 years since my last appearance in the Giro d’Italia. It’s fantastic to start in Hungary, I didn’t know cycling was so popular here. Hopefully can we win for you.”
