Under the aegis of the FFT, the Occitanie league and the Departmental Tennis Committee, the 17th edition of the adult tournament took place at the Catalans de France sports complex from April 15 to May 1.
After two years of interruption, linked to the pandemic, the tournament resumed its rights with 135 participating players from the department, holidaymakers and Spaniards. Despite unfavorable weather the first week, 133 matches took place under the watchful eye of referee Jacques Pla.
Special mentions to the pollestrencs, Sébastien Hellard (1/2 finalist + 35) Michel, Cyril (consoling winner +35 and consoling finalist in the normal draw) and Carole Laffon (consoling winner ladies).
