The EPCR, organizer of the Champions Cup and the Challenge Cup, has revealed the dates for the 2022/2023 season. Both competitions will take place over eight weekends, not more. Four days of group stage, before moving on to the elimination phase, which will start with 8es dry finals, no longer back and forth like this season. The 2022/2023 edition will kick off in December. And will end with the finals on Friday May 19 and Saturday May 20, 2023.
The formula for the first phase is not yet fully determined. “The formats of the two competitions are being finalized and an announcement is planned before the finals in Marseille on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 May», Specifies the press release from the EPCR.
