Carlos Tevez has been delighting Premier League fans for many years. Now a return to England is within the realm of possibility.
A spectacular return is apparently in the offing in the Premier League. As the Sun in reference to a report in the Italian sports daily Corriero dello Sport It has been reported that Carlos Tevez is due to visit Spurs’ training ground next week to discuss a return to England with coach Antonio Conte.
The 38-year-old Tevez has been out of contract since July last year but has not yet officially retired from football. From 2006 to 2013 he made over 200 Premier League appearances for West Ham United, Manchester United and Manchester City. He also had engagements at Juventus Turin, Boca Juniors and Shanghai Shenhua.
Carlos Tevez also meets with Serie A clubs
At Spurs, the Argentine could see a reunion with Conte, under whom he played at Juventus in the 2013/14 season.
Totenham Hotspur is said not to be the first club Tevez has visited in recent weeks. Visits to AC Milan, Juventus Turin and Inter Milan have already sparked rumors of a return to Serie A. With DC United, Minnesota United and Orlando City, three MLS teams are also said to be interested in the goalscorer.
