The 30th UNFP Trophies will be awarded on May 15 and will, for the first time, be broadcast on the L’Équipe channel. The nominees will be announced on May 3.
The gala, with red carpet and evening dress, will therefore take place the day after the 37th and penultimate day of L1, played in “multiplex” on Saturday from 9:00 p.m.
Paris SG superstar Kylian Mbappé, both top scorer (22 goals) and best assistor (14 assists) in the current fiscal year, appears to be the big favorite to win the best player trophy again, for the third consecutively after 2019 and 2021.
No awards were given in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic having brought the season to an abrupt end.
The ceremony also honors the best coach of the season, or the best goal.
