The 2021-22 School Sports Calendar organized by the Provincial Council under the agreement with the Community Board experienced an intense weekend with the debut of the BTT modality in this championship.
A Provincial has been organized with three tests, the first held in La Roda with 77 participants in the cadet, child, juvenile, beginner and promise categories. Six laps of the circuit were completed by the cadet category runners, for a total of 10.2 kilometers. Izan Pérez Higuera was the winner. In the children’s category, with a 6.8-kilometre course, the winner was David Sánchez Clemente. Gema Tornero Ortega was the female champion.
In juveniles they completed a 4.4 kilometer route, with victory for José Luis Tornero Ortega. In women, Inés Garijo Baidez won. A total of 2.2 kilometers were completed by the participants of the beginner category with Pablo Lara Martínez and Magdalena Pulpón Nieves as winners. The last test to be held was the Promise category, with participants up to eight years of age and a distance of 1.1 kilometers. Noel Rodrigo Vela was the first boy and Lucía Martínez Miguel the first girl.
