NBA, Jokic: “I don’t know where my MVP trophy is”

The 2021/22 Regular Season has come to an end and the teams are preparing for the Playoffs which will begin on April 16th, with the Denver Nuggets facing the Golden State Warriors.

The end of the regular season also features the assignment of individual awards, here you will find the Dunkest NBA Awards, including that of MVP, of which Nikola Jokic is the reigning champion and this season has incredibly managed to improve again, remaining the favorite for the victory of the prestigious award.

In a recent interview the Nuggets center was asked what his thoughts were on winning the prize and where he kept the trophy from last season, with Jokic sharing one of his usual funny anecdotes:

Yes, winning another MVP would be great, great. I don’t know where the first MVP award is, it’s in the middle of the move and my wife is looking after it with care

Nikola Jokic

Winning the regular season MVP certainly throws you into the Olympus of the best players in history, even if Jokic doesn’t seem like a careful person when it comes to managing personal trophies.
