Japan ranking, great launch for eBaseball Powerful Pro Baseball 2022

Famitsu published the ranking of the best-selling physical and hardware edition games in Japan in the week ending April 24, 2022, e eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2022 debuted in first position even surpassing Kirby and the Lost Land.

The Konami baseball game, available only in the land of the Rising Sun on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, has sold a total of 147,263 copies in just a few days. Considering the Japanese passion for baseball, eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2022 is likely to remain at the top of the chart for a few more weeks.

As mentioned, in third place we find Kirby and the Lost Land, which has sold another 29,000 copies. The other three chart entries besides eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2022 are Yomawari 3which sold 11,129 copies, Hyperdimension Neptunia: Sisters vs. Sisterswhich sold 6,268 copies, and Pocky & Rocky Reshrined with just over 5,500 copies sold.

Few news for the hardware, with the Nintendo Switch family that sold 65,094 units, followed by PlayStation 5 with 17,681 units distributed and Xbox Series with 6,025 units sold.
