Hansa Rostock – Locked Fröde before fixed commitment – football

After four wins in a row, another defeat for second division team Hansa Rostock (0:3 in Düsseldorf). Annoying, but bearable in view of the cushion (nine points further in 16th place).

Especially since the causes were clearly recognizable: “We were missing the last tick. A bit of freshness too, mentally and physically. We were simply inferior,” said Lukas Fröde (27), the clearer. “It’s not a shame either. We have worked out a very good position, which we now have to defend and take to the finish line.”

Next chance for the 40 points: Sunday against Regensburg. But then without Fröde, who is suspended after ten yellow cards. He smugly: “Everything under ten is almost embarrassing for me. It was clear that it would come at some point. It’s hard to watch, it’s pure horror.”

Means: Fröde’s next game will not be played in Aue until April 24th. And many more next season?

He has been on loan from Karlsruhe since September and still has a year’s contract there. But it looks good that he has been signed by Hansa. Fröde: “The season is going well, I feel very good, I’m also a North German by choice. I don’t think that’s an issue that gets complicated.”

The only catch: 100 percent planning security is still missing, i.e. definitely staying up in the league.

Hopefully that will change soon.
