Ex-Real-Star etches against Carlo Ancelotti: Didn’t make any player better – FOOTBALL

My God!

Ex-Real Madrid star Antonio Cassano (40) etches against Carlo Ancelotti (62), who has been back on the Real Madrid coaching bench since the summer of 2021.

Three Champions League titles, four championship titles in four European top leagues and the fifth title in the fifth division are imminent. No coach or player has ever done that before him.

At the Italian TV station “Bobo TV” Cassano leathers against his compatriot. Cassano: “Real Madrid are playing badly, but Ancelotti was very lucky against PSG and then against Chelsea – and that will stop sooner or later.”

Nevertheless, the “royal” are in the Champions League semifinals, where they meet Manchester City with Pep Guardiola (51). The last meeting between the two star coaches in the Champions League clearly went to Ancelotti. In 2013/14, Real defeated FC Bayern with Guardiola 4-0 in the semifinals in the Allianz Arena.

In the league, Real have to face FC Sevilla on Sunday (kick-off 9 p.m.). With seven games to go before the end of the season, the lead is currently twelve points.

But Cassano goes even further!

Cassano: “I can’t remember any player in his career that he has made better.” The players Ancelotti has worked with in his almost 30-year career include Andrej Shevchenko, Kaka, Didier Drogba or Cristiano Ronaldo – not but Cassano, who was under contract in Madrid from January 2006 to June 2007 and has been suspended several times for indiscipline.

Ex-Bayern captain Philipp Lahm (38) recently spoke very positively about the cooperation with Ancelotti in his “Zeit” column.

Lahm: “He loves what he does, and football and footballers. That’s why everyone likes to play for the great coach Carlo Ancelotti. He makes the entire repertoire that makes the job available to the team. That’s why he’s successful everywhere.”
