The judo section of the Plérinaise School of Martial Arts organized its first tournament for 7-11 year olds since January 2020, this Saturday, at the Robert-Moy complex dojo. Eighty young people, from the club, Saint-Brieuc (ASPTT), Pordic, Hillion, Ploufragan, Trégueux and Ploeuc, answered the call for this friendly meeting, “essential to assess knowledge, apply techniques, manage stress, learn to win as well as lose”, as Plérinaise coach Odile Cholet pointed out. But also to referee, as young people from different clubs have done spontaneously.
