The duo of Kevin Krawietz and Andreas Mies is in the semi-finals of the tennis tournament in Munich at the Aumeister. The two tennis pros, who have already won the French Open twice together in the doubles competition, clearly beat Andres Molteni (Argentina) and Roman Jebavy from the Czech Republic 6:2, 6:2.
The third seeded duo had previously won their opening game against Hans Hach Verdugo (Mexico) and Philipp Oswald from Austria with difficulty 6:4, 6:7 (8:10), 10:6.
Tournament win in Barcelona last week
Last week, the Germans celebrated their first tournament victory in Barcelona since their joint comeback at the beginning of the year. Last season, the pairing had not been able to play together for more than half a year due to a knee injury by Mies.
