An unprecedented first step in history. Before the Chinese men’s judo team went to Japan to learn the arts before the 2008 Olympic Games, the first batch of Chinese men’s judo team members went to Japan for training. This precious photo records the determination of the Chinese men’s judo team to hit the medal. All twelve team members are outstanding at different levels.
