Yesterday, the Alcalá de Henares City Council joined the celebration of International Sports Day by organizing two badminton tournaments: Spanish badminton championship for the deaf Y 1st OFM Championship (Another Form of Movement) 2022. Both were held in University Sports Center of Alcalá.
Councilor for Sports, Julian Cubillaparticipated in competitions and was accompanied by the Councilor for Youth, alberto gonzalezin the delivery of diplomas.
The event had the support of the Alcalá de Henares City Council, through the Department of Sports, Youth, Children and Health, the municipal program Another Way to Move (OFM), the Ministry of Health, LaLiga Deportes, Fundación Once, the Spanish Paralympic Committee, the Spanish Sports Federation for the Deaf, Alcalá Badminton Club and Connect your Body.
