Quindío won 6 medals: 3 silver and 3 bronze, in the National Badminton that took place in the Café de Armenia Coliseum, a positive balance that Professor Hugo Alexánder Morales highlights today.

The local figures complied at home and although they did not achieve gold medals, they had remarkable presentations, exhibiting the level that has given prestige to the Quindian practitioners of this discipline in Colombia.

The processes give good results, with a view to events that take place in the Colombian territory, such as the XXII National Sports Games and VI Paranational Coffee Axis-2023, and international ones, such as the Bolivarian Games, where one of the flag bearers of this sectional entity, María Yulieth Pérez Tangarife will wear the colors of the Colombian national team.
