In the other match played on the Italian Sunday, the Milwaukee Bucks (40-25) defeat the Phoenix Suns (51-13) for 132-122 in a remake of last year’s Finals. Kevin Porter Jr. scores 29 points, along with Chris Wood’s double double (28 points and 14 rebounds). Touch the double double Jalen Green (24 points and 8 rebounds). For the Grizzlies, orphans of Ja Morant, Steven Adams’ double double (23 points and 12 rebounds) and Desmond Bane’s 28 points are not enough.

Away affirmation for the Utah Jazz (40-23), who conquer the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City by beating the Thunder (20-44) with a score of 103-116. The guests immediately put the arrow after the first 12 ‘(24-33), maintaining the leadership of the game until the final siren. The hosts do not manage to worry enough the Jazz, who so fly to win by thirteen lengths of margin. The star of the evening is Bogdan Boganovic with 35 points, with Donovan Mitchell signing a double double (24 points and 10 assists) as well as Rudy Gobert (12 points and 17 rebounds). Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 33 points are not enough for the Thunder.

Instead, the Cleveland Cavaliers (37-27) win in front of their own public: the Ohio franchise, in fact, prevails over the Toronto Raptors (34-30) for 104-96. The hosts find the extension that will prove decisive for the fate of the match already in the second quarter (26-17), with the Canadians trying to react to the return from the locker room without being able to find the flicker to overturn the game in just please. In the last quarter the Colorado team mended the tear and impacted the score (124-124), thus taking the challenge to extra time. In the first overtime Denver manages to find the last strength to place the decisive paw, going on to win with an eight-point margin. Nikola Jokic signs a crazy performance with 46 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists. On the other hand, Aaron Gordon scored 28 points. For the Pelicans, Brandon Ingram’s 38 points and CJ McCollum’s 24 points are not enough, together with Jonas Valanciunas’ double double (19 points and 14 rebounds).

In the last match scheduled, which closed the long NBA night, the New York Knicks (26-38) surprise the Los Angeles Clippers (34-32) and win at home 93-116. The guests, after a balanced first quarter, increase the engine revs in the second fraction (18-34) and leave the Clippers completely at the post. The hosts try to react in the third quarter, but the Knicks do not take their foot off the accelerator and go to increase their advantage also in the last 12 ‘, thus winning the challenge. RJ Barrett scores 24 points, while Immauel Quickley signs a double double with 21 points and 10 assists. For the Clippers, however, the best scorer is Amir Coffey with 16 points.
