In Ostend, after yet another poor performance from his men, Luka Elsner seemed resigned, even dejected. On Friday, the Rouches T1 took stock of an eventful week on the banks of the Meuse.
“You may not see it immediately at the end of a complicated performance in Ostend, but there is always a lever that you can pull to find solutions. I approached this week as a renewal in terms of coaching. It was like changing the coach without really doing it. I had a different speech while bringing new things to training to try to remobilize everyone.”
