The equipment consisted of irrigation systems, halogen lamps, cooling systems, ventilation systems and transformers that were illegally connected to the electrical network. All this equipment and the marijuana plants were seized by the agents.

Finally, the marriage was arrested for a crime against public health for growing marijuana and another for fraud of electricity due to the illegal connection to the electricity supply network.

The proceedings, along with the two detainees, have been made available to the Court of Novelda (Alicante), which has decreed the provisional release with charges.
