the millionaire maritime farm that would lose due to the trial against Yanina Screpante – GENTE Online

It was the dream that he forged with his ex-partner, Yanina Screpante, and today I would be close to losing. In the middle of his judgment of economic compensation for the 10 years of relationship, Ezequiel “Pocho” Lavezzi would have to deliver the luxurious residence that he built next to it and which is valued at seven million dollars, just less than half of the $ 15 million that the interior decorator claims as compensation.

The property with straight lines and in white and stone, is located in front of Laguna Escondida, on the beachfront, with a project by the Argentine architect, Pablo Sánchez Elia. On the upper floor, it has a living room -decorated with wooden furniture and natural fiber stools- with spectacular views of the sea.

The former soccer player in his maritime farm of seven million dollars.

It is not the first time that Lavezzi runs the risk of losing the millionaire property. In September 2017 he did a business with a Uruguayan businessman for 500 thousand dollars, that he did not return in a timely manner. That is why the victim began the pertinent legal actions.

The lawsuit started in Civil Court of the 9th Turn of Montevideo and resulted in a seizure of the property. Finally and after litigating in the courts, before the imminent execution, the ex-footballer paid off the debt and was saved from losing it.

The same fate seems to run with Screpante, in a case that is now in recess due to the judicial fair, but which promises to gallop hard in February, when the Pilar Family court reopens.

Lavezzi faces a request for financial compensation from his ex for the 150 million dollars he billed during the 10 years of relationship.

According to judicial sources, there were implausible settlement proposals in front of the claim of 15 million dollars from the former “Pocho”, such as reducing the costs of both letters – a figure that barely exceeds the 200 thousand pesos- or to keep the furniture that was in the apartment that the former couple shared in the horizons tower by Vicente López, vacated by the ex-model a month before the handover of keys a week ago.

It is the task that Judge Valentini will have to determine based on 400 pages of evidence that the legal representative of Screpante gave her by hand and that would demonstrate that the former forward of the Argentine National Team billed an estimated figure of 150 million dollars during the 10 years of relationship, the most prolific of his sports career. That is the origin of the claim for 15 million dollars, 10% of what was generated by Lavezzi in that decade.

Perhaps the largest number was billed as a figure of the Chinese club Hebei China Fortune: 100 million dollars tax-free for four years of contract. Part of that money would have been invested in the stock market.

It will be the defense’s task to present the clues of the “route of money L” so that the Argentine Justice makes a record of the list of movable and immovable property in Argentina and also free the exhortations to the United States, Italy and France, where there would be other real estate investments in the name of “Pocho”.

The fact that the former Napoli and PSG owns a large part of their assets will facilitate the mapping of properties and accounts, although they estimate that if there is no agreement between the parties, the process could take at least three years. Although the judge has not yet taken any action in this regard, it transpired that Lavezzi’s lawyers requested that the assets of their client be reserved.

Next, the millionaire list of assets of the former athlete:

-10 properties in Buenos Aires, including 2 houses in the exclusive Highland private neighborhood; at least a $ 600,000 flat with a terrace and river view in the Zencity tower in Puerto Madero; a penthouse in Vicente López’s Horizons towers valued at $ 2 million; two penthouses in the Horizons towers on Avenida del Libertador and Calle Juan Díaz de Solís de Vicentes López; an office floor in “Alrío” by Vicente López; a floor in the Wave tower by Vicente López.

-In Rosario, his hometown, a flat in the exclusive Torres Maui, which was sold to him by the former Floppy Tesouro, Rodrigo Fernández Prieto.

-A maritime farm in José Ignacio valued at seven million dollars.

-A building in Brooklyn, New York.

-An apartment in Paris, France.

-An apartment in Milan, Italy.

-A 2 million yacht in Ibiza acquired when he was playing in Napoli.

-A fleet of cars: Ferrarri, Porsche and Range Rover, among others.

On the side of Lavezzi, they argue that Screpante received a pension from 12 thousand euros per month after separation. She says that was the monthly flow of the card during the relationship to maintain the expenses of the common household in Paris and to receive the son of the ex-footballer and his relatives on his frequent visits to France. They also argue that he bought her an apartment in Buenos Aires.

Screpante’s defense says that it is in Yanina’s name, he paid for it with his income and he has a financial justification for it. And finally, the defense points to the properties of the former model’s mother, allegedly acquired with Lavezzi’s money. The counterargument is that these properties are the result of the professional income of Screpante’s mother, a well-known merchant in the Cañuelas area.
