Outcome of the FACR Ethics Commission meeting on 20 January 2022 | FACR

The Ethics Committee came to the conclusion that Mr. Jan Hořejší (ID FACR: 60080336) was guilty of handing over a bribe of at least CZK 100,000 from Mr. Roman Rogoz to Mr. Roman Rogoz on June 6, 2019 in the position of Chief Secretary of the Steering Committee for the Czechs. Robert Hájek in connection with influencing the match of the Czech Football League TJ Sokol Živanice – FC Slavoj Vyšehrad played on June 1, 2019 in Živanice, thus committing the disciplinary offense referred to in § 49 para. c) DR.

Furthermore, Mr. Jan Hořejší committed the fact that on June 26, 2020, during a personal meeting, he influenced referee Jiří Musil to decide the Fortuna National League match FC Sellier & Bellot Vlašim – FC Slavoj Vyšehrad in favor of FC Slavoj Vyšehrad, thus committing the disciplinary offenses mentioned in § 62 par. B) DŘ and in § 64 par. 1 let. a) DŘ.

Furthermore, Mr. Jan Hořejší committed the fact that on May 12, 2019 in Skandinávská Street, Prague 5, he met with judges Martin Hányš (ID FAČR: 85081600), Lukáš Nehasil (ID FACR: 86090170) and Jan Aubrecht (ID 81081802) and gave them in the presence of the official FC Slavoj Vyšehrad Mr. Roman Rogoz instructions consisting in influencing the match TJ Štěchovice – FC Slavoj Vyšehrad played on the same day in Štěchovice, thus committing the disciplinary offenses referred to in § 62 letter. b) DŘ and in § 64 par. 1 let. a) DŘ.

For committing the above-mentioned disciplinary offenses, in accordance with § 28 par. a) DŘ and § 20 par. 2 let. a) The Ethics Committee of Mr. Jan Hořejší pursuant to § 49 para.
