Farewell to the well-known restaurateur Adriano Ferrai.

The love for the world of cooking led him to open one of the best known and most loved pizzerias in Olbia. For this, Adriano Ferrai, who recently passed away at the age of 58, due to a bad illness, he was well known in the city. The restaurant Da Adriano was born in via Roma in 1995, as a take-away pizzeria.

Over the years, the most historic place, located in via Roma 156, has become increasingly popular, so much so that the pizza could also be consumed directly on the spot. Adriano had decided to open another takeaway store in Olbia, in Viale Aldo Moro, giving the business to his sons, Luke and Adamo, in management. who took his mastery in the preparation of pizza from his father.

Not only highly regarded as a pizza maker, but in Olbia and Budoni, his place of residence, he was highly esteemed because he was always ready to help others. For three years, in fact, he had been busy as volunteer in the Barracellar Company of Budoni, where he had dedicated body and soul. “A great loss”, so the barracelli greet him remembering his human qualities. Adriano, in fact, had obtained three specializations to be part of the Company, two for fire fighting and one for rescue with the defibrillator. Today for Olbia and Budoni is, in fact, a very sad day, where the two towns huddle in pain for the loss of Adriano, who tiptoed away too young.
