At 27 years old, the former national baseball team will live a new adventure in his professional career and will do so for the first time with an organization of Big leagues. The Guatemalan was hired in the department of Development of International Operations.

Ernesto Corrales’ experience with different baseball teams

Since 2014, Ernesto undertook a trip to the United States with the aim of fulfilling his dream and representing Guatemala at the highest level of baseball. His first stage in North America was as a college player, where he was a pitcher in Jamestown Community College Y Nyack College.

In 2017, he had his first contact with a baseball organization, when he was an assistant in the Communications department at the Little League World Series. While in 2018, he found his first job opportunity at the Major League Baseball —MLB— office, based in Dominican Republic.
