1st. REJECT the appeal filed by Club Atlético Boca Juniors on behalf of

Messrs. Raúl Alfredo Cascini, Marcelo Alejandro Delgado, Leandro Daniel Somoza, Fernando

Gustavo Gayoso, Diego Hernán Gonzalez, Sebastian Villa Cano, Cristian David Pavón, Javier Hernán

Garcia, Carlos Roberto Izquierdoz and Faustino Marcos Rojo on December 3, 2021 against the

Decision issued by the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Commission on October 8, 2021, and

notified its grounds on November 26, 2021, within the framework of the file

disciplinary CL.O-76-21. And in consequence;

2nd. CONFIRM in all its terms the decision issued by the Disciplinary Commission of the

CONMEBOL on October 08, 2021, in file CL.O-76-21.
