The association of hikers Les Doux Dingues, of Port-Sainte-Marie, organizes, in collaboration with the municipalities of Fourtic, Pymasson, Lapouleille, Clermont-Dessous, Saint-Médard, Bazens, Port-Sainte-Marie, Feugarolles, Bruch and Saint-Laurent, a new edition of the Telethon 2021, on December 3 and 4.
This charity will begin on Friday December 3 in Saint-Médard with the traditional belote competition and in Saint-Laurent at the Bistrot de Garonne with a karaoke with collection organized during the evening.
On Saturday December 4, at 9:30 a.m., opening of the Christmas market in Port-Sainte-Marie, where the firefighters will offer you an awareness of first aid actions,
At 9 am, departure of the hike in the direction of Feugarolles; at 1 p.m., departure from Feugarolles towards Bruch and at 4.30 p.m., departure from Bruch towards Saint-Laurent.
All afternoon, activities will be planned in the various participating villages; 15 treasure hunts in Saint-Médard, initiation to archery in Saint-Laurent, and a fashion show in Bruch at 3:30 p.m.
The highlight of this charity weekend will be the garbure meal at the Saint-Laurent village hall at 8 p.m. (by reservation only) with a demonstration of the throwing of the stick by the majorettes of Port-Sainte-Marie, a exhibition of creative leisure activities from Saint-Laurent and introductions to Gascon dances.
All these actions will be possible thanks to the volunteers of the associations of the 10 villages, as well as the involvement of
mayors and councilors of these different municipalities.
All the proceeds from these actions will be donated in full to the AFM Telethon “Innovate for cure”.
