JBA has newly established the “U18 Block League” with the aim of fostering and strengthening the U18 generation. This time, 8 teams of men and women who got the right to participate from 7 prefectures in 1 metropolitan area of ​​Kanto participated.

The schedule of this tournament has been changed due to the announcement of a state of emergency. As a result, eight teams of men and women were scheduled to play round-robin games, but all teams could not play seven games, and the number of games differed depending on the team. Therefore, in addition to the points won or lost, the points for the match are introduced to determine the final ranking.
