Timetable overview | Judo at the Olympics Live on TV and Online



The judo tournament is scheduled for the first week of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, from Saturday July 24 to Saturday July 31. Guide.tv lists the broadcast schedule below.

Weight categories
Each day, the tournament of a category is finished for women and men. From the preliminary rounds of the Dutch evening to the finals in the early afternoon.

Judo broadcast on television (Dutch time)

Saturday July 31

  • Mixed Nations Cup, with adjusted schedule:
    • 04h28: 16 last, with at 04:28 Netherlands – Uzbekistan
    • 5:30 am: quarter-finals, with Netherlands – Brazil at 05:30
    • 6:20 a.m .: second chance round
    • 6:55 am: semi-finals, with at 6:55 am Netherlands – France
    • 10:00 am: matches for the bronze medal, with at 10:00 am the Netherlands – Germany
    • 10:56 a.m .: Final Japan – France

Those races?
Dutch judokas are followed as much as possible by the NOS, often among other sports. Live or a little later. The battle for the medals will be as much as possible live on TV or live free from NOS on NOS.nl and via Gids.tv. The entire judo tournament can be watched live via Eurosport live broadcasts on discovery +.

Judo at the Olympics?

With every match day between 4 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. the preliminary rounds and the quarter-finals and between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. repechage, semi-finals and finals. A day of judo always looks like this:

  • 4 a.m.: the last 32
  • 04:45: the last 16
  • 5:37 am: quarter-finals
  • 10:00 am: Ladies’ Second Chance Tour
  • 10:17 a.m .: Women’s semi-finals
  • 10:34 am: second chance round, gentlemen
  • 10:51 am: Men’s semi-finals
  • 11:08 am: women’s bronze matches
  • 11:25 am: women’s final
  • 11:33 a.m .: Men’s bronze matches
  • 11:50 a.m .: men’s final

Saturday July 24
