The Costa Motril Basketball Club made the presentation of the thirteen teams of the entity for the 2021/22 season. After a pandemic campaign, it was worth checking that health and basketball go hand in hand. There were 200 players, divided into four mini-basketball teams (for the first time a youngest), together with two children, two cadets, two juniors and three seniors, who jumped onto the track of the Motrilenian municipal pavilion.
All of them, along with the twenty coaches and almost the entire board of directors, immortalized a spectacular family photo outlining the silhouette of a basketball. In the center of it were placed the toys that with the Solidarity Action of ‘Donate a Toy’ were later delivered to the soup kitchen of Jesús Abandonado. And all this in front of a bleacher full of family members who did not want to miss this emotional appointment either.
