The day after very successful days of the youngest-minimes, it was the turn of the cadets to come face to face with the other judokas from Saône et Loire. In this context, and in their brand new age category for the 2 girls present, Maëva HUGUENIN (-57kg) and Sarah PETIT (-48kg) finish the competition respectively vice champion of Saône and Loire and 3rd.
Among the boys, Robin CIVELLI was able to keep his rank and takes the title of -55kg, category where Tiago VILAS obtains a beautiful Bronze medal. Identical scenario in -60kg with the title for Valentin GAUDILLAT and a 3rd place for Marc DELHUMEAU. Jessy TENCHENI comes back with a 5th place in -66kg just like Maxime PIELUCHA-MELEY in -73 and at the same time obtain their qualification for the Regional championship.
At the same time, Antoine CAGNARD finished first in the departmental cup for young stewards. A very beautiful weekend of recovery of which Yann DU CLOSEL, the coach, can be proud of his students.
