The Agrupación Deportiva de la Sierra has published the competition calendar of the different individual sports tournaments that will be held until next May. In just five months they will take place more than 70 competitive events that include from the category of pre-baby to juvenile.
The 16 individual sports disciplines That will be disputed are: chess, athletics, badminton, mountain biking, cross country, rhythmic gymnastics, judo, karate, minitennis, swimming, artistic swimming, pumptrack, rugby, tennis and beach tennis, which will be in exhibition format.
Rhythmic gymnastics, tennis and swimming They are the sports that gather the most calls with 14, 8 and 7 respectively.
All calls maintain a strict Covid protocol based on the recommendations of the health authorities. The ADS Technical Commission is conducting a follow-up of possible incidence in order to adapt the different calendars to the reality of each moment.

The individual competitions are added to the 27 leagues of the five team sports that also make up ADS and that began their competitions last November. In total they are more than 10,000 young people who will participate in the 21/22 season in the different sports disciplines.
The different meetings will be held at the venues of the 16 municipalities that make up ADS: Alpedrete, Becerril de la Sierra, Bocema, Cercedilla, Colmenarejo, Collado Mediano, Collado Villalba, El Escorial, Galapagar, Guadarrama, Hoyo de Manzanares, Los Molinos, Moralzarzal , Navacerrada, San Lorenzo de El Escorial and Torrelodones.
