Extraordinary opening to the public tomorrow Saturday 18 December 2021 from 9.00 to 13.00 of the State Archives of Chieti (via Ferri n. 25) with a documentary exhibition. An initiative wanted by the newly appointed Director Dr. Pietro Federico who availed himself, for the occasion, of the collaboration of the Club for Unesco of Chieti and of the Citizen Committee.
The event also wants to underline the full-time resumption of the Theatine archival structure which for a long period, due to lack of staff, remained closed to users and restart the fruitful collaboration with the associative world of the territory for the enhancement of the historical documentary heritage and highlight the need for the work in progress for the new headquarters in the Cittadella della Cultura at the Villa comunale to continue rapidly and to ensure that the precious institution has a spacious and modern site as soon as possible.
