QR code shirt from Tromsö – pintSPOR

Tromsö, one of the well-established clubs of Norway, which has become the center of protests against human rights violations in Qatar, which will organize the 2022 World Cup, signed the first QR-coded jersey in history to draw attention to this issue.

When the QR code on this jersey, which is the result of the cooperation with the amnesty international organization Amnesty, is scanned, users will go to the specially prepared page on the club’s official website to explain the problems experienced in Qatar. The club will also hold a seminar with Amnesty in the capital Oslo to talk about Qatar’s money laundering and human rights violations through sports. The face of the campaign is activist Malcolm Bidali, who was expelled from the country after serving a term in prison for drawing attention to human rights violations while working as a security guard in Qatar.

Tromsö, who will play the last league match of the season with Viking at home on Sunday, will appear in front of his fans with this jersey.
