Forms strength report and function holder report 2022
Dear club representatives,
the Report on strengths in 2022 and report on functionaries in 2022 is available in the download area. You can find the editable forms under

Please fill out the forms completely and send them signed by no later than 15.1.2021 to the office of the HJV.
Please note that the numbers in the strength report of the HJV must be identical to the numbers for the report to the lsbh!
For comparison, the lsbh will send a registration list to the HJV in the 2nd quarter of 2022. In the event of differences, there may be an additional charge.
As the year 2021 draws to a close and the Office closed from December 20th, 21st up to and including January 3rd, 2022 I would like to kindly remind all clubs to pay open invoices for orders for examination material and passports promptly so that dispatch and / or approval in the judo portal can take place before December 15, 2021.
If necessary, please forward this information to the persons responsible in your association.
