Cologne (SID) – The corona wave continues unchecked in US sports, two other prominent names are out of action. In the professional basketball league, NBA trainer Frank Vogel from record champions Los Angeles Lakers and Trae Young, playmaker of the Atlanta Hawks, were included in the COVID protocol. Vogel will be replaced by David Fizdale in the game for the Chicago Bulls on Sunday (local time).
The games also scheduled for Sunday Atlanta – Cleveland Cavaliers, Brooklyn Nets – Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers – New Orleans Pelicans have been canceled by the league. The Toronto Raptors – Orlando Magic on Monday and Brookyln – Washington Wizards on Tuesday will not take place either.
There are currently a number of star players in the corona protocol. Kyrie Irving, James Harden, Kevin Durant (all Brookyln) and Zach LaVine (Chicago), among others.
