The Brazilian, at the end of his contract next June with Real Madrid, has become the owner of CD Mafra, a club playing in the Portuguese second division. The goal is to make it a showcase for the players of Azuriz, a Brazilian club he bought four years ago.

“I always had a very clear vision of how I would like to develop my brand as an athlete and buying a club was a clear investment opportunity. It all started in 2017 with the acquisition of Azuriz, the first club to bear my name on the board of directors. The objective from the start was to make it a benchmark in the training of athletes and that is what we have done ”, he confided in an interview with TNT Sports.
