Lakers trades? LeBron responds franco

With a failed start to the season, the Lakers could opt for trades in the near future. What does LeBron James think? He has just given his opinion in front of journalists.

Following a relatively busy summer, the Lakers were logically confident about how this season would unfold. With Russell Westbrook, come to form a new big 3, and a lot of experience on the bench, Frank Vogel’s men could nurture certain ambitions. If this is still the case, the results are far from being there.

With a record of 12-12, the Lakers have been among the disappointments since the recovery. Anthony Davis struggles to find his marks on shooting, while Westbrook fails to tell the difference. Add to that a pretty average bench, as well as injuries, and it’s easy to see why LeBron James and company are there.

LeBron unfavorable to a trade on the side of the Lakers

There are two possible options today: the front office patient, hoping that the current players wake up and find a click, or it will be necessary to go through a trade, to try to move things and bring a new dynamic. As you might imagine, this second option doesn’t appeal to everyone in the locker room.

This is the case, for example, of LeBron, who spoke to reporters on the subject. Is the King in favor of a trade in the roster, to find a little positive? The answer is clearly no. For him, it is better to insist with the players, because he is convinced that they will find the solution.

It’s impossible for me to say “ok, we’re getting to a point where things have to be changed”. I don’t think we need it. I love all the guys in this locker room, and I believe in what we can do. We need rehearsal and minutes because there are guys who come and go, especially me. I love how the team is built, and can’t wait to see what happens next.

No trade for LeBron, who thinks this roster hasn’t had a chance yet. It’s hard to disagree with him, although the outcome remains uncertain. No doubt, the next few weeks will be decisive in the City of Angels.

A trade? A possibility to exclude for LeBron James. This roster, with Frank Vogel in charge, will still have several chances in the coming weeks. But in the event of poor performance, upheavals will have to be expected.
