Résumé :

Julian Alaphilippe is a born cyclist. Hyperactive child, he channels his energy with cyclo-cross, a discipline between road cycling and motocross. The native of Montluçon (Allier) then joined the Army and its short-lived professional cycling team. Before entering the big league with Deceuninck-Quick Step, the great Belgian team.

Julian Alaphilippe rises in power, until his exploits on the Tour de France 2019, where he wins the hearts of the French. Son of a tavern musician and a housewife, the French runner claims his “modest” origins.

Sunday August 30, Julian Alaphilippe wins the second stage of the Tour 2020. A consecration that he dedicates to his father, who died two months ago. Source code looks back on the journey of this cycling prodigy, with Laurent Pruneta, from the Parisian Sports department.
