Under Tayfun, Hertha’s storm swirls twice as well!
The new coach Tayfun Korkut (47) celebrates at his premiere in Stuttgart (2: 2) over a point after 0: 2 deficit – thanks to the brace from Stevan Jovetic (32).

The coach also managed to unlock Jovetic’s goal because he successfully paired the Montenegro international with striker partner Ishak Belfodil (29).
Instead of toiling alone at the top as a storm single, Jovetic combined with Belfodil. Korkut: “It’s not just about fielding two strikers. You can also line up four and still not score any more goals. They have to go together. We had a good couple formation. “
Thanks to Korkut’s successful couple therapy, Jovetic saved the draw at VfB – and should keep the goal machine running in the future. Korkut: “It will be important that we have him physically in good condition.”
Jovetic has now achieved that: In Stuttgart he was on the pitch for more than 90 minutes for Hertha for the first time, running almost 11.5 kilometers.
