French Judo Federation is recruiting for EXPLOITATION MANAGER positions – (Ref. 60715) (Mérignac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France)

Under the authority of the Operational Unit Manager, you supervise a team and you are in charge of an operating sector.

You are in charge of the Gironde sector. The position is based in Mérignac (33).

Your business portfolio is as follows

  • Gironde Ouest sector (Bassin / Médoc), public tertiary markets / housing / health. => 1 Operator Manager + 9 technicians
  • Sector Colleges Métropole de Bdx / Lycées Métropole de Bdx => 1 Operator Manager + 8 technicians
  • University of Bordeaux sector => 1 site manager + 4 technicians
  • Energy Manager => 1 Engineer

Your main missions are as follows

  • Implement the safety policy (chat, anomaly sheets, prevention plan, assessment of occupational risks or ARS, management of PPE and power tools) in order to guarantee the safety of the teams, and to respect and enforce the application rules relating to quality, safety and the environment
  • Manage the team (collective management & management to animate the results of the activity), share information and good practices, and animate feedback
  • Be the guarantor of the individual and collective performance of the team, ensure the implementation of action plans
  • Be responsible for the customer relationship (processing of complaints, validation of activity reports, reporting, meetings, duty to advise, proposals for improvement) in compliance with contractual commitments, and in certain cases define the corrective actions to be implemented following a complaint
  • Manage the execution of the contract and contribute transversally with the sales teams to its refinement and renegotiation
  • Ensure the correct entry of information into the tools within the allotted time (intervention requests, entry of work orders, PA statement, work estimate, etc.)
  • Develop with the Control Center then validate the appropriate management and maintenance plans in all their dimensions (technical, regulatory, etc.)
  • Implement the realization of contractual services in the logic of continuous improvement
  • Take into account the recommendations of the support services (scheduler, energy and operations analysts, etc.) to manage and maintain the installations under their responsibility
  • Be a source of proposals for the development of facilities: propose improvement actions, diversify contractual services
  • Track and analyze P3 balances
  • Develop activity P6 and participate in the development of proposals
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors with a view to optimizing facilities, quality, budgetary costs and safety
  • Guarantee compliance with approved budgets (preparation of dashboards)
  • Develop the gross margin of the contracts in the portfolio and the non-contract activity (P6)
  • Analyze, in conjunction with the control center analyst, the operating results and data
