In their penultimate game of the 2021 season, the Dolphins visit the SuperDome, home of the Saints, where neither team can afford to fall.
With a 7-7 mark, both franchises have aspirations to qualify to the playoffs this season, and although they could no longer win their respective divisions, they could sneak in as wild cards.
The Dolphins seek their seventh victory in a row
Miami hopes to continue with the good streak, since it adds a total of six victories in a row, defeating teams such as the Ravens, the Giants and on a couple of occasions to the Jets.
With a win tonight, they would get to one of the Patriots, who they defeated in Week 1, and will meet again on the last day of the campaign, and in the event of a victory by the Dolphins over the Pats and they finished with a tied record, the Dolphins would finish above them, for beating them both divisional games.
For their part, the Saints have been a seesaw, but victories like last weekend, when they beat Tom Brady and the Bucs, makes him some serious contenders to qualify for the NFL postseason.
