Wei Xu headliner
The headliner of the weekend will be the Chinese Wei Xu (Cholet) who will face her, in singles, other big names in the discipline such as Carla Martinez (Talence, French n°4), Lole Courtois (Ermont, n°5), Juliane Piron (Maromme, n°6) and Emilie Drouin (Chambly, n°8). The doubles will not lack interest. In mixed, the French n°10, Carla Martinez (Talence) will be associated with the French n°13, Louis Lefèvre (Beauvais), they will be the favorites against the pair of Louis Ducrot (Aire-sur-la-Lys, n° 24) and Laeticia Jaffrennou (Ezanville, n°41).
Outsider Bretons
In women’s doubles, Lole Courtois (Ermont, n°21) and Emmy Guilbard (Boulogne-Billancourt, n°23) will be the favorites against the pair of Emilie Drouin (Chambly, n°28) and Inès Villard (Le Cellier, No. 76). In the men’s doubles, Louis Ducrot (Aire-sur-la-Lys, n°9) and Quentin Ronget (Racing club de France, n°9), will be the most anticipated against Thomas Schmitt (Val de Reuil, n°29) and Milo Dubois (Caen, n°29).
Numerous, the Bretons will however start as outsiders in all the elite tables. However, we will follow Louka Le Coq (Flume Ile) in men’s singles, Carla Dubois (Flume Ile) in women’s singles or even Martin Bellot (Saint-Brieuc) and Grégoire Baudin (Flume Ile) in men’s doubles.
